The successful applicant would join a team of well qualified engineers, become FURUNO factory trained & will enter a formal NZQA training program becoming a fully qualified Marine Electronics Technician over four years. This is an exciting and diverse role incorporating military, commercial merchant vessels, super yachts and smaller recreational vessels.
The role will require the successful applicant to assist with system installations, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairing of satellite/radio/internal communications systems and navigational systems on board vessels as well land based PC training simulators.

You will be liaising closely with our many North Island clients, overseeing engine applications, installations and making subsequent follow-ups with all parties involved.
Previous experience in sales coupled with sound diesel engineering knowledge is a must for this position, you will be working independently and you will need to be confident and accurate in your decisions.
