Our parts and accessories department supplies a wide range of parts for Yamaha outboards and WaveRunners, along with Evinrude, Johnson, Mercury, and other outboard spare parts. We also stock a range of accessories like marine electronics, lifejackets, engine oil and more.
Rollo’s stocks leading brands including Yamaha, Senator, Haines Hunter, Stabicraft, and Fi-Glass.
In this role you will need to have:
- A current NZ driver’s licence
- A strong work ethic
- The ability to work well under pressure – must be able to multi-task!
- The desire to learn new skills
- The ability to fulfil customer needs
- Experience in automotive or marine parts roles (preferred, but not essential)
- Serving customers – in person, on the phone, and via email
- Picking parts for dispatch to the workshop and customers
- Dealing with suppliers
- Working closely with our busy workshop and sales teams
- Stock control and ordering
- Handling payments (cash and EFTPOS)

The ability to work unsupervised, excellent attention to detail are also required. The work will be varied, and involve some travel and working away from home from time to time. We are an importing and wholesaling business servicing marine, cabinetmaking and building industries.
We are looking for a person who can fulfil a wide and varied role as part of a small and dynamic team.
You will need to be prepared to look after the following areas of our day to day operations:
- Customer service, both phone, email and counter sales
- Despatching customer orders, including picking and packing for courier
- Assisting with boat shows, includes occasional weekend work
- Warehouse and stock management, receiving and checking incoming stock and placing on shelves. Stock ordering and procuring customer orders. Keeping warehouse tidy.
- Admin duties, receipting and entering incoming supplier invoices Assisting Administration Manager with general duties as required
You will need to be:
- A team player

- Computer savvy
- Have excellent communication skills
- Full driver’s license

Marine Electrics NZ seeks electricians
Marine Electrics NZ has full time positions available for both experienced 230 Volt, DC Electricians and Marine Engineers (with DC electrical experience). A background in marine isn’t necessarily required. We are looking for qualified and experienced electricians or marine engineers with a good understanding of DC electrical wiring. A solid background and a keen positive attitude are key. You may be an experienced auto sparky or a commercial 230 volt sparky with a keen interest in boating and fishing looking for a new challenge in an industry you are passionate about.
The successful applicant in this exciting and growing industry will be well presented, have a full NZ driver’s license and a keen interest in the marine industry. A high level of verbal & written English communication skills are essential. You will be able to operate with a high level of autonomy which in turn requires time management skills & trustworthiness. Company vehicle, cell phone and uniform supplied. Wage and package details can be discussed in an interview and will reflect the applicant’s level of skill. It can be a demanding industry, our clients have high expectations so you will need to cope well under pressure.

EAL Electric seeks marine electrician
EAL Electric is a well-established (30 years) electrical contractor specialising in electrical installations and repairs on superyachts, commercial vessels, racing yachts, charter vessels, and private vessels of all sizes.
EAL is based in Freemans Bay, Auckland and most of the work is undertaken locally, although on occasions the successful applicant may be required to travel outside of Auckland, or to work on vessels offshore for short periods of time.
EAL has a full time position for a Registered Electrician.
Candidates will require superior technical and inter-personal communication skills. They will have experience across a broad range of systems, be highly motivated and reliable, and have a strong work ethic and integrity.

The role will require the successful applicant to assist with system installations, commissioning, troubleshooting and repairing of satellite/radio/internal communications systems and navigational systems on board vessels as well land based PC training simulators.
