At Smuggler Marine we build Smuggler, Bonito, and Strata RIBs.
Our 7 metre Smuggler Stealth trailer boats come with a long history of being one of the most capable hulls in any weather conditions. With its deep vee hull (27 degrees) it boasts one of the best riding hulls on the market, winning many national awards this is an exceptional performer. We were the first NZ fibreglass manufacturer to add pontoons to our hull, making it a very safe, stable boat.
We also build the Bonito range of trailer boats, from 5m to 6.8m. These boats also have a great pedigree with hulls designed by world class NZ designer Scott Robson. With recent enhancements by Smuggler Marine, the new Bonito range is proving to be not only a great performing hull, but a classy looking addition to the Smuggler range.
Our Strata RIB range caters for many different clientele, with a full range from 4.5m to 11m. We build tenders for Superyachts, motor yachts and launches. Also trailered RIBs for pleasure boating dive charters and work boats. We specialise in customising the finish of our Strata RIBs to suit our varied customer needs.
