Long-time boating duo, father and son Kelvin and Amos Kay are proud to introduce K2 Marine. New Zealand punches above its weight in the marine industry producing skilled people in marine design, manufacture, and sports. Kelvin is one of them. Kelvin comes from a solid manufacture background, but it is his love of the ocean that propels him. Holding some seven National and International titles in Thundercat Racing, an extreme powerboat sport and skippering vessels internationally, Kelvin now combines his passion for performance craft with his perfectionism in manufacture. Growing up in and on the ocean, son Amos adds superyacht experience, engineering skills, a love of technological advances and, with an eye on the future, he infuses new vision.
