Events, Boat Shows and Networking


NZ Marine arranges regular events, social functions, and seminars to facilitate networking among members and keep them up-to-date with the latest market intelligence, statistics, business practices, techniques, and technology.

Networking and encouraging the sharing of intellectual property is an important role for NZ Marine. As well as set-piece local events such as the Auckland Boat Show, NZ Marine organises and participates in forums, conferences, and symposia that keep our members’ products and services at the forefront of the international marketplace.

NZ Millennium Cup 2025

Organised by the NZ Marine Export Group, the NZ Millennium Cup is a celebration of good racing, great cruising grounds, and exceptional hospitality.

Drawing attention to New Zealand’s beautiful cruising grounds, skilled workforce, and innovative industry, we will be delivering an event that showcases the best of our superyacht sector in a relaxed, recognisably-Kiwi style.

A key focus of the regatta is to encourage extended cruising within the country, and the committee works closely with the wider industry to ensure yachts are aware of the diversity New Zealand waters present, as well as the opportunity for world-leading refit and repair services.

Monaco Yacht Show
25 to 28 September 2024

The NZ Marine Export Group proudly assists its member companies to exhibit and attend the Monaco Yacht Show each year.

Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show
30 October to 3 November 2024

Located steps from the beach in sunny South Florida, FLIBS spans nearly 90 acres across three million square feet of exhibit space that is connected by an intricate network of water and ground transportation services. The five-day show attracted over 100,000 attendees and 1,000 exhibitors representing 52 countries with more than 1,300 boats on display in 2022. Products range from superyachts to sunglasses and everything in between.

METS Trade Show – Amsterdam
19 to 21 November 2024
