2nd September 2024 – HamiltonJet is thrilled to be part of the recent MOU signing ceremony for two significant projects in Malaysia, marking a key milestone in our growing presence in the region.

The ceremony was hosted by New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) in Kuala Lumpur as part of Prime Minister, the Right Honourable Christopher Luxon’s official visit to Malaysia and the Republic of Korea. HamiltonJet’s Managing Director, Ben Reed, said: “Malaysia is an increasingly important market for us, and we are proud to provide the waterjet propulsion systems for thirteen 17.5m Patrol Vessels in collaboration with Gading Marine Industry (SDN) (BHD) for the Royal Malaysia Navy, as well as three 40m vessels for the Sarawak Coast Guard in partnership with Sarawak Slipways (SDN) (BHD).”

These projects are a continuation of HamiltonJet’s commitment to supporting and enhancing maritime capabilities in Malaysia.
