Raymarine’s new CAM200IP is the marine world’s most versatile high definition network video camera.
Able to work in both bright sunlight and up to 20 metres total darkness, the waterproof CAM200IP can literally be fitted anywhere on board, above or below decks, that the owner wishes.
“Users can easily connect multiple CAM200IP cameras to their Raymarine LightHouse II MFD, and switch between cameras with a simple swipe on their MFD’s touchscreen,” says Mark Milburn CEO of New Zealand Raymarine distributor, Lusty & Blundell Ltd.
“They can also use their MFD touchscreen to view, record, playback and take a snapshot of the images — and watch the feed from the camera or cameras on other Lighthouse II MFDs and on their smartphones and tablets.
“With the CAM200IP you can record the fishing action on deck, use it as a backup or side-deck camera for docking and manoeuvering, as an engine room or aft-deck camera, or for security at night,” he says.
Easy to integrate into any Raymarine MFD using the popular Lighthouse II interface, the new CAM200IP’s full HD camera delivers stunning high quality video images and can see up to 20 metres. Thanks to its built-in infrared illuminated LED array, it also provides detailed black and white video at night, even in total darkness.
The rugged new CAM200IP can be mounted virtually everywhere on board, is waterproof to IP67 standard is simply powered over the Raymarine Ethernet (PoE) or directly from a 12V DC power supply.
