Thom Dammrich is long-standing President of the US National Marine Manufacturers Association.
Thom Dammrich will be giving delegates an update on the state of the US marine market, the world’s largest market for boats and marine equipment. What opportunities are there for your business?
Thom will also present on the state of the marine industry world market and what it means to New Zealand.
MaryAnne Edwards – Australian International Marine Export Group and Superyacht Australia
MaryAnne Edwards, CEO of Australian International Marine Export Group and Superyacht Australia, will present on the rise of the Pacific as a preferred superyacht destination.
MaryAnne will also update delegates on the current state of the Australian marine market.
3D printing and high-tech manufacturing presentations
At previous conferences we have been pleased to update delegates on manufacturing innovations such as Resin Infusion and Friction Stir Welding. At this year’s conference we have been working closely with Callaghan Innovation to bring you top speakers on 3D printing and how it can be applied to the marine industry. Jesse Keith of Callaghan will present on Innovation and Disruptive manufacturing and Warwick Downing of the Titanium Industry Development Association (pictured right) will present on Metal 3D printing and how this new technology can turn marine design projects and prototypes into manufactured parts.
